You deserve to be able to say, \u201cI\u2019m struggling\u201d \u201cI need help\u201d and not feel less of a man for verbalising this.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

It is ok for men to go to therapy.\u00a0 You are allowed to feel anxious, low, overwhelmed, to want to cry and to ask for help.<\/p>\n

I offer you a space to talk, to be listened to, to say out loud feelings\/thoughts you have held inside.\u00a0 There is no judgement in this space.\u00a0 Instead, there is a place to sit and be open with someone who will listen and explore your concerns with you.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>
