Our time in the therapy room is confidential and authentic.\u00a0 This is your space to say whatever you are experiencing, to explore all your concerns at your own pace, not being pushed or pulled in any one direction, to just \u2018be\u2019.<\/p>\n

As we explore your experiences we may notice links, patterns that will begin to make more sense to you and that will allow you to know yourself more, understand your own boundaries, values, morals.\u00a0 We will welcome touchstone moments that make you say \u2018Aha\u2019 and bring about understanding.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

Counselling allows you to understand your self-structure, your personality, your experiences and your outlook to help you work towards whatever it is you want to change , grow or accept.<\/p>\n

Individuals who come to counselling carry a lot and it comes in all different forms.\u00a0\u00a0 All are welcome.<\/p>\n
