Sessions

Each session is 50 minutes

Sessions can be weekly or fortnightly

Sessions are offered in person in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire or online. Online sessions allow me to work with you wherever you are in the UK.

Sessions are often open ended. We will review our time together regularly. You will usually know when you are at a stage to work towards an ending that resonates. Some CBT or DBT therapy engagement requires a set number of sessions.

Commitment

Some therapy sessions can be hard. To see change you may have to work through and explore a lot of ‘stuff’. Allow yourself to commit to our time together. I will hold your thoughts, feelings and experiences and keep them safe. All I ask is that you commit to attending regular sessions as this is how you will see the growth.

Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential whether you are a young person or an adult. If a parent is booking on behalf of a young person our communication, once sessions begin, will be limited to session dates and payment only to protect confidentiality.

Confidentiality is only broken if there is a risk of you being at harm or a risk of harm for those around you. We would always discuss this together first to ensure the best approach and support is given.
